Individual rooms in an exposed location high above the battlements of the castle offer an extraordinary living experience. The small historic old town of Kirchberg invites you to stroll around with its handicraft and souvenir shops, and nature lovers, hikers and cyclists alike get their money’s worth on the picturesque paths along the Jagst. Our host and head chef
“We want to be a place of power for people who support and share our pursuit of sustainability and health,” explains Maximilian Korschinsky, host and head chef. We have our roots in the Schwäbisch Hall foundation “Haus der Bauern”, which is committed to freedom, cultural self-determination and social justice for the farming and rural population in the Hohenlohe region, in Europe and beyond. We see ourselves committed to these values in what we do for our guests.
